What is the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our foremost concern is safety. If the captain identifies weather hazards, we will propose a rescheduling or issue a full refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will reach out to you if the forecast is worrisome 24 hours prior to your charter.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments on board?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own refreshments. We also offer exceptional catering options and can tailor menus to suit your taste. For safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are fully refundable. Those made between 24 and 72 hours are refundable at 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the charter are non-refundable, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical failures on our part.
